This warranty covers the following:
Original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use
If a product is received defective, our manufacturer will repair or replace it without charge at the manufacturer's option
This warranty does NOT COVER the following:
Any loss or damage resulting from accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, motorized devices or failure to follow our instructions with
respect to measurement, installation, cleaning or maintenance.
Any loss or damage resulting from removal of the product and reinstallation in the same or another window.
Some slight warpage, as well as natural variations in color and grain effect are normal with wood and PVC products and are not considered defects. Materials can lose original intensity after long exposure to the sun. When left for extended periods in direct sunlight, plastics and PVC tend to crack and discolor. Exposure to elements including but not limited to salty air humidity.
Products ordered outside of the recommended manufacturing specifications. (oversized blinds) All products that are discontinued
in the normal course of business are specifically excluded.
Normal wear and tear. That includes all moving parts, such as cords will eventually wear out and fray, LOWESTPRICEBLINDS considers these things as normal wear and tear and will carry a 3 year warranty.
This limited warranty does not cover transportation costs, cost of removal, re-measure, reinstallation of product or any incidental or consequential damages.

details regarding the nature of the problem and proof of purchase such as our invoice number or order number. All return
products must be initially approved by Customer Service.
Customer/Homeowner is responsible for transporting or shipping the defective product unless we are contacted in writing within
7 days of the original delivery
The obligation of LOWEST PRICE BLINDS is limited to repair or replacement of the product or components found to be defective and excludes shipping charges and labor costs for measuring and installation. Repairs will be made with like or similar parts.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS, LIABILITIES OR WARRANTIES. In no event shall LowestPriceBlinds.com be liable or responsible for INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so this exclusion or limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
VINYL PLANK FLOOR WARRANTY
The Classic Plank warranty covers defects in the material provided that the product was installed properly according to the manufacturer´s instructions.
This warranty does not include damages caused by, but not limited to:
Fire, flooding, excessive moisture, alkalis in the sub floor, hydrostatic pressure, mis-use or abuse caused by cutting tools, beater bars, castor wheels, sharp objects, discoloration, resulting from rubber based floor mats, exterior application, minor shading, color or texture differences between samples and the delivered product, or loss of time and incidental expense.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the Classic Plank products and does not apply to any subsequent end-user. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranties, expressed, written or implied.
Your warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other legal rights, which vary from state to state.
If a defect is found in the Classic Plank material, Lowest Price Blinds will replace the defective material with the closest and pattern available. Please keep all receipts/records of the original purchases; LowestPriceBlinds will need this information in order to verify purchase date to help aid in resolving any issues. 7 Years warranty for Residential Limited Warranty and 5 Year Commercial Limited Warranty.

COLOR DISCLAIMER
Due to many variable factors, we cannot guarantee that the colors appear on your computer screen will exactly match our product colors. A customer must order samples for exact color match. Because our window treatments are all custom made and cannot be returned, please request and receive free samples prior to ordering. Otherwise, our Satisfaction Guarantee in color related issue is not applied. Refunds and/or exchanges may be offered only if your products have colors significantly vary from our sample colors.
This warranty does NOT COVER the following :
There are natural variances in the wood’s color and the way the wood grain accepts the color. It’s impossible to assure an exact color with stained real wood blinds, including other types of natural wood window treatments such as arch, eyebrow, shutters or natural wood shades. Therefore, if you are ordering a particular type of stained or painted real wood window treatment such as 2" Elegant Wood Blinds, it is best to order all of those blinds at the same time so your product ordered are manufactured from the same dye lot. We will only guarantee a color match for a particular type of window treatment that are purchased together on the same order.
MEASURING DISCLAIMER
All of our window treatments are custom made upon the specifications you provide us. We guarantee they will perfectly fit your window if you follow our measuring instructions. When manufacturing your blinds, shades, shutters, arches, or eyebrow, if we make a mistake, we will replace them or repair them at no cost to you. If, however, you make a mistake measuring or entering your measurements into our website, we will remake them for you at a discounted price. Therefore, please follow these measuring instructions carefully and double check the measurements you enter.
FREIGHT DAMAGE / MISSING PRODUCT
Upon receipt of your order, please immediately open and inspect thoroughly for any manufacturing defects, shipping damage and/or missing product. Do not discard boxes in the even your need to return your window blinds. Lowest Price Blinds cannot provide packaging materials. If a product has been missing, damaged, or defective, please contact us immediately! You MUST NOTE any immediately observed damage ON THE FREIGHT BILL before you sign accepting any shipment. All remakes must be made according to the specifications given at the time of the original order. No exceptions!
All freight claims MUST be sent through an email to customerservice@lowestpriceblinds.com within 7 days of the original delivery date! Otherwise, the product will be replaced or corrected at your expense. Refunds are not offered as a remedy to damaged, defective and/ or missing products.
RETURNS FOR REPAIR
If the product requires replacement, you will be given a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address to return the product. The RGA number must be clearly marked outside the box(s). We will not accept any return product without Return Authorization Number (RGA). Therefore, DO not return any item(s) without an RGA number. It is a customer’s responsibility to return products in good condition within 30 days of when you receive them.
In the event that your window treatments come damaged due to distress during manufacturing or shipping, please be advised that Lowest Price Blinds Customer Service may require at its sole discretion that a digital picture be taken of the damaged product and sent to our customer service department. Lowest Price Blinds may ask for a digital picture to expedite the process of coordinating either a repair or a remaker of your window treatment. Without a picture Lowest Price Blinds Customer Service Department can not coordinate either a repair or a remake, without having the original product being sent back to Lowest Price Blinds’ manufacturer. If the customer provides us an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address due to the customer's mistake, the customer is responsible for postage to re-ship the product. Lowest Price Blinds is not responsible for mistakes made by the shipping company. All chargeback for unauthorized repairs or additional installation cannot be honored. Return shipping charges for non-warranty replacement and repairs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. Lowest Price Blinds is not responsible for mistakes made by the shipping company.
REFUND
Our window blinds, arch, eyebrow, shutter, and shades are custom-made to your specifications and requirements and, therefore, refunds are NOT offered as a remedy to damaged or defective products. What we will do, is repair or replace any damaged or defective product(s) to ensure that the product looks and works as represented on our website. Our instructions must be followed regarding measuring, installation, and the color disclaimer policy. Our products are custom-made to order based upon the measurements and specifications that you provide to us. Therefore, products cannot be returned due to measuring errors or inaccuracies.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Since our window treatments are custom made, all sales are final, and they can not be returned for resale. Regularly production begins the same day that the order is placed to ensure our customers that we keep our promise having your blind(s) or/and shade(s) to be ready for delivery soonest. Therefore, no change(s)/cancellation(s) is allowed. Discount(s), coupon(s), and promotion(s) are final at the time of sale. Only one coupon may use per order. Discounts may not be adjusted after final sale is made.
SHIPPING
FedEx Ground Shipping is free for all horizontal blinds under approximately 84" being shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Blinds quantity of 20 or more and all oversized blinds (over 84" in width) will be shipped via Common Carrier and will be charged at actual freight cost.

PRODUCTION/DELIVERY TIME LINE

After placing orders, your Express Blinds will be ready to be shipped out within 2 business days.
To qualify, the order must be made by 10.00 a.m.at central time.
The production time for all other types of window blinds andwindow shades is approximately 5-10 business days.

The estimated ground shipping time from our manufacturer facility to your door is typically 3-7 business days.
Production will be delayed on holidays due to factory closure (July 4th, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year). The production schedules may change without notice. The delivery time is an estimate, and our window blinds and window treatments may not be available on the date estimated. Due to unforeseen delays Lowest Price Blinds accepts no responsibility for such delays and cannot be held liable for estimated dates of completion. Lowest Price Blinds will not be held responsible for charges or fines incurred for customers scheduling appointments for delivery of window coverings with delivery company or for appoinments with installation companies. In the event the customer incurs any fees for installation caused by items on back order or delays due to the shipping company, Lowest blinds will not responsible.
