Due to many variances among monitors, cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your monitor will exactly match to the actual color of the products offered. Therefore, because window treatments on our website are custom-made and cannot be returned, we suggest you to complete the following;
  • Request for free samples of our actual products prior to ordering. Make sure to order samples of the exact product you are purchasing as color names are not the same color from product to product as they are made by different manufacturers.
  • We strongly recommend you to order all of your blinds, shades, or shutters at the same time for the best possible match. Pattern availability and color dye lot match between orders cannot be assured.
  • Please keep in mind that finished product of stained woods may vary slightly from samples due to wood grain and dye lots.
  • Because our products are custom made and non-refundable, you must order samples for exact color match.

The customer is responsible for all measurements. All of our window treatments are custom made upon the specifications the customer specifies on an online order form. We guarantee that they will perfectly fit your windows if you are familiar with product specifications and follow our measuring instructions. Therefore, it is very important that you research product specifications and follow our measuring instructions prior to placing your order. It's also important that you review your confirmation page for accuracy. Your card will be charged at the time the order is placed because our window treatments are custom made.

When manufacturing your blinds, shades, shutters, arches, or eyebrow,  if we make a mistake, we will replace them or repair them at no cost to you. If a customer makes mistake by measuring or entering your measurement(s) or specifications into our website inaccurately, Lowest Price Blinds accepts no responsibility for such mistakes. However, we will offer an 10% "oops" discount on a replacement order. The incorrectly ordered blind(s) must be shipped back to the manufacturer. Please email for more detail instruction. Therefore, please read product specifications, follow these measuring instructions and double check all specifications you enter.

All sales are final. Refunds are NOT offered as a remedy to defective, damaged, missing products and/or lost shipments. What we will do, is repair or replace any damaged, defective missing products and/or lost shipments to ensure that the products look and work as represented on our website excluding the issue on the colors displayed on your monitor (Please refer to our Color Disclaimer). The replacement will be remade as original order.
In case of error(s) in ordering, we will offer a 10% "oops" discount on a replacement order. However, the incorrectly ordered blind(s) must be shipped back to the manufacturer. If the manufacturer provides a larger discount, we will gladly pass the discount on to the customer.

All claims shall be sent through an email to within 7 business days of the original delivery date. If the email is received beyond that time period, shall not be responsible for claim rejected by freight companies.

To acquire damage claims, most freight companies require their customers

  1. To email short description including digital photos as a proof for the claim within 7 business days of the original delivery date and
  2. To keep the original box and the damaged product for 30 days of the delivery date for the freight company to pick up for their investigation.

All customers must fulfill both requirements; otherwise, the damaged product(s) will be replaced or corrected at your expense. All remakes must be made according to the specifications given at the time of the original order. No exceptions! If the customer provides us an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address due to the customer's mistake or unreachable phone number and/or email address, the customer will be responsible for all additional freight cost incurred. Lowest Price Blinds is not responsible for mistakes made by the customer and/or by a shipping company.

If the product requires replacement, you will be given a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address to return the product. The RGA number must be clearly marked outside the box(s). We will not accept any return product without Return Authorization Number (RGA). Therefore, DO not return any item(s) without an RGA number. It is a customer’s responsibility to return products in good condition within 30 days of the original delivery date.

In the event that your window treatments come damaged due to distress during manufacturing or shipping, please be advised that Lowest Price Blinds Customer Service may require at its sole discretion that a digital picture be taken of the damaged product and sent to our customer service department. This is to expedite the process of coordinating either a repair or a remake of your window treatment. Without the pictures Lowest Price Blinds Customer Service Department cannot coordinate either a repair or a remake. All chargeback for unauthorized repairs or additional installation cannot be honored. Return shipping charges for non-warranty replacement and repairs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. Lowest Price Blinds is not responsible for mistakes made by the shipping company.

Regularly production begins the same day that the order is placed to ensure our customers that we keep our promise having your blind(s) or/and shade(s) to be ready for delivery soonest. Therefore, no change(s)/cancellation(s) is allowed.
FedEx Ground Shipping is free for all horizontal blinds under approximately 84" being shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders with large quantities and all oversized blinds and shades (over 84" in width) will be shipped via Common Carrier or Frieght Courier. Additonal freight will be charged for orders with large quantities and all oversized blinds.

If the customer provides us an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address due to the customer's mistake or unreachable phone number or/and email address, the customer will be responsible for all additional freight cost incurred. Lowest Price Blinds is not responsible for mistakes made by a customer or/and by a shipping company.

We DO NOT ship to overseas addresses, PO, APO, or FPO boxes. For addresses in Alaska or Hawaii, please email for shipping charges.


After placing orders, your Budget Blinds will be ready to be shipped out in 1-5  business days.
To qualify, the order must be made by 10.00 central time.   

The production time for all other types of window blinds and window shades is approximately 5-7 business days.

For our window shutters, arch, and eyebrow, please allow 2 to 10 weeks for your order to arrive. The lead time depends on type, sizes, and quantity of the orders.   Please email us at for more detail.

The estimated ground shipping time from our manufacturer facility to your door is typically 1-5 business days.

Production will be delayed on holidays due to factory closure (July 4th, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year) and/or severe weather condition.. The production schedules may change without notice. The delivery time is an estimate, and our window blinds and window treatments may not be available on the date estimated.  Due to unforeseen delays Lowest Price Blinds accepts no responsibility for such delays and cannot be held liable for estimated dates of completion. Lowest Price Blinds will not be held responsible for charges or fines incurred for customers scheduling appointments for delivery of window coverings with delivery company or for appoinments with installation companies. In the event the customer incurs any fees for installation caused by items on back order or delays due to the shipping company, Lowest blinds will not responsible.

Discounts, coupon codes and promotions are final at the time of sale. Discounts may not be adjusted after final sale is made. Only one coupon code may use per order.

Your privacy and security are extremely important to Your personal information is kept strictly confidential. LOWEST PRICE BLINDS do not sell, rent or share any of your personal information with any other organization or company. Your Contact Data is solely used to better respond to your requests and send you any necessary information pertaining to our company, including our products and services, or to contact you to process, fulfill, and track orders.

Your credit card information that is passed through our site is secure and encrypted using a standard SSL Certificate. After your purchase is complete, your credit card information is NOT kept in our database or stored on this website in any manner. Access to' cardholder data is limited to those individuals whose job requires such access. When our employees leave their desk, they must use password-protected screen savers to protect unauthorized access. At, security training must be provided to all relevant employees. Every 12 month or any time that new policies are added or modified, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the significance of our customer's privacy and security.
